I am very satisfied with the work to my car. Only took a total of 3 days and all of the employees were super nice and informative. Mario was extra nice and stayed late to meet my needs as I was stuck at the train to pick up my car at 5:30 so I wouldn't have to pay another day of a car rental. It was super convenient to just drop off my car and someone from Enterprise bringing the car to Gerber. I also like that I was able to have Gerber check the rental in for me when I picked my car. You only allow 5 ?? but I think it deserves a 10 ?? rating.

I can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision in Highland Park. They run a very smooth and seem less operation. Bill was great estimating and overseeing the whole job. He told me the worst case scenario about recalibrating the safety equipment. They got me a loaner and had the car back when they said they would. It was clean inside and out! The repair on my car was excellent and Jim and Michelle couldn't have been more nice and accommodating, sending me regular updates about the status of my repair and giving me car care tips afterwards. Michelle completely took car of the process of getting me a loaner car. They both made everything so easy and seamless in this entire process which I really appreciated!
