The repair on my car was excellent and Jim and Michelle couldn't have been more nice and accommodating, sending me regular updates about the status of my repair and giving me car care tips afterwards. Michelle completely took car of the process of getting me a loaner car. They both made everything so easy and seamless in this entire process which I really appreciated! We were struck by a hit and run vehicle at 10:45PM on a Friday evening. We called Gerber the next morning and Vincent was kind enough to give us an estimate at 9:30 AM on a Saturday. Vincent was in constant contact with our insurance company, updated us on the progress of our car often and the team repaired it to perfection in less than 2 weeks. With the shortage of parts in the marketplace today, Vincent and the team at Gerber worked diligently to make sure everything needed to repair our vehicle was available for us. When we picked up our car, the manager Don was kind enough to go over all the repairs and inspection with us. He reminded us that we have a lifetime warranty and if anything should need to be adjusted or repaired again to call him immediately.
