Mitchell and Susie were so amazing. I got my car two weeks early - they even put vinyl trim on doors and cleaned it inside and out! Regular twice a week communication - I can't say enough about the service and streamlined flow between Farmers and Gerber and Enterprise soooo amazing !!!

I am very satisfied with the work to my car. Only took a total of 3 days and all of the employees were super nice and informative. Mario was extra nice and stayed late to meet my needs as I was stuck at the train to pick up my car at 5:30 so I wouldn't have to pay another day of a car rental. It was super convenient to just drop off my car and someone from Enterprise bringing the car to Gerber. I also like that I was able to have Gerber check the rental in for me when I picked my car. You only allow 5 ?? but I think it deserves a 10 ?? rating.

I can't say enough good things about Gerber Collision in Highland Park. They run a very smooth and seem less operation. Bill was great estimating and overseeing the whole job. He told me the worst case scenario about recalibrating the safety equipment. They got me a loaner and had the car back when they said they would. It was clean inside and out! Thank you Bill and Gerber!
