IL - 10933 S Central Ave, Oak Lawn - 12/22/23

It's starts with when you walk into your shop on 109th and Central. I had the pleasure of meeting Mario . I got a chance to watch him work after assisting me he didn't skip a beat. He's a pure good hearted person . Customer service at it's finest. Then Emily walk me through the process and handle the rest it was the same. Finally Jasmine working the reception greeting and how she handles the calls. Your place definitely stands out at least that location. Again I was only there for a few minutes waiting the two times there and felt like I had nothing to worry about. There a great team we get to see ,but I'm sure your mechanics and crew behind the scenes are are just as great. Thanks again Merry Christmas !

I have dealt with quite a few body shops in my life but this body shop has been by far the BEST. The team is so friendly and they are so quick!!! The team ensures you are kept up to date regarding the status of your car and they put you at ease if you are feeling nervous about anything at any point. I highly recommend this location to all. I would totally give 20 stars if I could! I dropped my car off on Monday (12/4) and by Tuesday (12/5) it was done. They worked so fast. They also did a deep clean of my car which was so unexpected but I really do appreciate it

Dominick and Christian are great. They are very helpful. They answer all your questions. When I went to pick up my car after repair I was very happy with the repair. It looks perfect. I highly recommend Gerber Auto Repair. I will tell all my friends that Gerber Collision and Glass are excellent in repairing your car from collision damage.

The car looks really good, the paint finish essentially. We got the car back sooner than prom ised. I especially liked the constant communication from Zack giving us updates on the repair process. At no time did I feel I needed to call and check in, that was a big relief.

I have used other Body Shops in the past but after using Gerber, I would never consider going anywhere else. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the quality of work was fantastic. I have an older car and I was amazed at how well they were able to match the original paint on my vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
