Luis and every person I dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient. Luis, especially, helped me calm myself, assured me that my car could be repaired perfectly, and was truthful in timing and quality of work. My car (an SUV) was perfect; absolutely no sign of damage and the paint work was phenomenal. I'm so happy I went to Gerber--and got Luis!

The car, once returned, was professionally cleaned and completed to my expectations. Although delayed a bit to painting time frame, my Chrysler 300 looked brand new. I appreciated the effort , but the time to complete and some of the messaging as to status needs to improve a bit. I do rate the service 5 stars and I would definitely refer others to this store. This is my second car repaired at this location and very satisfied with the service. Thank you !

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My window was broken and they put crash tape on for me and vacuum out the glass until they were able to fix my car. Once I brought my car in after the parts arrive my car was finished before the time they quoted me. I would like to thank Gerber Class for taking car of my car. I will recommend your company to my friends and family.

I brought my XT56 in for a quote on repairing several scratches made by careless snow shoveling. The experts at Gerber said they might be able to buff them out, but if it did not work, they would have to do a complete repainting. It worked, and they did it as a courtesy-no charge!! I was pleasantly surprised, but not by their honesty, which I already observed from past dealings. I already knew that their work is superb, their prices are fair, and, yes, they have always been an honest and fair. Good people!! Excellent work!
