Friendly service. They explained the process and time frame needed to complete the job. I was on a tight schedule because of a doctor appointment and they accommodated my needs. The work was actually completed a day sooner than expected which was nice.

I'm an insurance agent and I see a lot of claims. I tell my customers that our claims department will contact them quickly, but I can't tell them what to expect from the body shop. This has been the most smooth experience I've had with a claim- personal or otherwise. I received regular updates. My car looks great and you would never know the accident even occurred. Moreover, my car looked like the inside had never been cleaned. This car has seen so much dirt, I was embarrassed. They returned it clean, which was the best unexpected gift. Lastly, when I say returned it, they brought my vehicle to my home and picked up my rental. They really exceeded my expectations.

Our car looks beautiful! A special shout-out for Chris, our customer service rep. Unfortunately, more damage was found after the mechanics started working on our vehicle. Chris sent multiple texts and made multiple phone calls to ensure I was well-informed and to answer any questions. Chris also took the extra steps to accelerate our car's completion as I needed it to go out of town. It truly was excellent customer service from the start to the finish!

Everyone was helpful and worked to get my car fixed as soon as possible. It took a little longer that I'd hoped, but it was the parts suppliers that were slow in their delivery. The car looks like nothing ever happened. Everyone was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. Would I recommend them? Yep!
