Our car looks beautiful! A special shout-out for Chris, our customer service rep. Unfortunately, more damage was found after the mechanics started working on our vehicle. Chris sent multiple texts and made multiple phone calls to ensure I was well-informed and to answer any questions. Chris also took the extra steps to accelerate our car's completion as I needed it to go out of town. It truly was excellent customer service from the start to the finish!

Everyone was helpful and worked to get my car fixed as soon as possible. It took a little longer that I'd hoped, but it was the parts suppliers that were slow in their delivery. The car looks like nothing ever happened. Everyone was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction. Would I recommend them? Yep!

Luis and every person I dealt with were extremely helpful and efficient. Luis, especially, helped me calm myself, assured me that my car could be repaired perfectly, and was truthful in timing and quality of work. My car (an SUV) was perfect; absolutely no sign of damage and the paint work was phenomenal. I'm so happy I went to Gerber--and got Luis!

The car, once returned, was professionally cleaned and completed to my expectations. Although delayed a bit to painting time frame, my Chrysler 300 looked brand new. I appreciated the effort , but the time to complete and some of the messaging as to status needs to improve a bit. I do rate the service 5 stars and I would definitely refer others to this store. This is my second car repaired at this location and very satisfied with the service. Thank you !
