I chose this location because it's close to the house and Gerber is Ford certified. No long waits for estimate, very thorough and listened to my concerns. Any changes to original estimate, a phone was made to me to make sure it was ok to make the changes. I did not have a lot of damage, the quick turn around was great. I was only without my vehicle for 1 full day and picked up the next day. Damage was fixed and it looked bran new again. This was my second visit, first was a accident and my mirror was replaced and fender was painted. I had to go through the other person's insurance. A little longer to deal with because of that, but same great service. Thank you Gerber for always taking care of my baby!!!!

After having an unfortunate circumstance with my accident, Gerber Collision and Glass made the process so seamless and easy. The employees were respectful, patient, and very professional. They called immediately when they got in touch with my insurance and were communicative with me throughout the whole process. Upon completion of the service they called me to pick up my vehicle and made sure to show me each of the repairs, even though it was getting late. The manager stayed late for me to accommodate my pick up and overall, I am extremely satisfied. Couldn't have asked for a better collaboration.

I'm an insurance agent and I see a lot of claims. I tell my customers that our claims department will contact them quickly, but I can't tell them what to expect from the body shop. This has been the most smooth experience I've had with a claim- personal or otherwise. I received regular updates. My car looks great and you would never know the accident even occurred. Moreover, my car looked like the inside had never been cleaned. This car has seen so much dirt, I was embarrassed. They returned it clean, which was the best unexpected gift. Lastly, when I say returned it, they brought my vehicle to my home and picked up my rental. They really exceeded my expectations.
