My car was brought into Gerber Glass after a hit-and-run. The staff could not have been better. Fantastic customer service, Fast, efficient, and professional in the way they care for your car. I have an electric car. And I was hit in the back. We all learned that in electric cars when you're hit in the back, it disturbs some sensors in the front. It was only through their diligence and Care, that we discovered this fact and were able to re-calibrate the car. They went the extra step to figure ths out. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Gerber glass and particularly want to thank Bill and Fabian for their time and care. Very good experience. From the very beginning, the staff at this location was helpful, courteous and prompt. I couldn't have asked for better service, they removed every obstacle to getting the repair scheduled. Shout out to Dominic and Marco , great team memebers!

The customer service and repair service were excellent. I would recommend Gerber to a friend. The only suggestion I have is add an automated text update to the customer that lets them know of updates on the repair with an estimated date for completion. My son had repairs to his car and once the shop started work, they would send daily updates and completion date. He could accept or opt out.

My car looks like new. Even though it took longer to fix apparently due to getting parts, I would highly recommend Gerber. Adrian was very professional and even though he was frustrated with the long wait he never lost his cool. The front desk staff was always friendly and courteous. Thank you for fixing my car!
