If my initial experience today is any indication of what is to come, we will be incredibly happy. Eduardo was thorough, professional and very insightful. He gave me a detailed explanation of what we can expect and the work that needs to be done. He was amazing! Unfortunately, this type of experience is rare these days and not the norm. We will have all our work done here moving forward and that is a direct result of my interaction with Eduardo. You need to keep this guy and give him a raise!

From the moment I got called from Gerber Collision in Woodstock to set up my estimate appointment it was a 5 start treatment from there on out. Both Justin and Nick kept me updated throughout the entire process and gave great me an amazing customer experience. Gave me a lot of detailed information and also provided me with timely updates with my vehicle. I really appreciated their top tier quality service they provided me as their client and while I hope I don't have to end up at another body shop again due to an accident, I know if it does happen, I'll for sure be back here to Gerber Collision in Woodstock.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Gerber! They kept me informed every step of the way and even completed the work a day earlier than expected. When it was time to pick up my car, my wife, who was going to drive me to the service center, was not feeling well enough to drive. So, Gerber dropped off the car at my home! And the work performed on my car was excellent! From my first contact with Dawn at the reception desk, to Zack, who gave me the estimate, to Tony, the detail man, to Mark, the manager, to all the other employees and mechanics, I had a very positive experience, I would highly recommend this Gerber facility to anyone who needs any body work!
