Extremely satisfied with my recent service by Gerber Collision & Glass! My car was sent in for repair after I had gotten rear ended. My estimator Wendy was extremely prompt and thorough when explaining the process for repairs and kept me in the loop every step of the way until I got my car back. The whole process took less than a week and I was also given a rental for the time my car was in the shop. The job they did to my bumper was amazing! You could not tell I was rear ended. Greatly appreciate their kindness and extraordinary customer service. Would highly recommend the Downers Grove location to anyone, and would advocate for Wendy because she was pretty darn awesome. Thanks a bunch!

I took my car to Gerber as it was hit from behind. It was a fender bender. The first experience was not a pleasant one but after contacting manager Peter, I was reassured things would go smoothly. I did take the car back and Jackie in the office was very gracious. Also, Nancy who went over everything with us was extremely kind. The work was impeccable. I'm glad I decided to go back. Five star service.

This was not my first go around with a body shop (sadly), but my first experience with Gerber. My concern was whether or not they were another company that advertised a lot but couldn't deliver. I am happy to report not only did they deliver, but they exceeded the service I have received at any other body shop in my 42 years of driving. Not only was their work flawless from what we could see, but they were quick AND they worked with us in repairing a car the insurance company would have totaled were the decision theirs. In a time where used car value is at a premium, Gerber helped us return our car to service again. Thank you Brad and all your people for making this a painless process and keeping the repair affordable.
