One of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Patiently answered all my questions. Called back with more questions, and they were just as friendly. They regularly updated me via text & sometimes via phone on the progress on the repairs. Giving me a percentage completed, so I can plan my week & rental needs. Because they have a relationship with Enterprise Rental, I was able to pickup my repaired car & drop off the rental at the same place. Thus saving me the time & trip to drop off the rental. The repairs were prefect. Can't tell the car was ever in an accident. Will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to family & friends.

My whole experience starting with my initial contact until I received my vehicle was excellent. Donnie L. and Sharon went above and beyond to assist me by to making sure to clarify information, by making phone calls to my insurance company and the insurance company of the guy who hit me, by showing me how to download files from my email, etc. They both had so much patience with me, which I found extraordinarily kind. I truly appreciate all of my interactions with them. I am pleased with their service and highly recommend their services.

Thank you so much to EVERYONE at Gerber! From the time I walked in and was greeted from the woman at the front desk, (Sorry I didn't get everyone's name) to the estimator Zachary V., I had an AWESOME experience. My vehicle needed some body work (About $2.000 worth) after an accident and Gerber was very busy and still took my car the same day, and promised it would be ready within a week. Well, they got it done in three days and the car looks great. They did exactly everything they promised, and these days that doesn't happen often. I now have a place to take my car for any futures work! Again, thank you very much!

I was recently involved in a car accident and got my car fixed at Gerber Collision & Glass at Glendale Heights. I must say that I couldn't have found a better place to get my car repaired. The manager 'Gill' was awesome and very courteous in handling all the issues pertaining to my car and resolving it to the best of his ability (inspite of facing quite a few challenges due to car parts availability, etc.). Gill also kept me updated with the latest progress at all times. Special mention to the technician 'Eze H.' who worked on my car, eventually my car was fixed 100% and looked as good as new when I got it back. Also a word of mention to the receptionist 'Gabriela' for her timely communication and patient responses towards the my queries. The work was expertly performed. I cannot even tell where the original paint ends and the repaired surface paint begins. A beautiful job of blending. The car was returned totally clean on the outside and - to my great surprise - totally cleaned on the inside. I came to Gerber in Glenview as my sister-in- law had a great experience there.
