Mark and team was awesome - very thorough in explaining the work that needs to be/have been done before, during and after the repair. It was also great to get ongoing updates via email, phone messages and texts so that I could plan my day for drop off & pick up. I've needed to deal with other Gerber locations before but by far this was the best experience yet!

Unfortunately this was the 2nd time Gerber has had to repair my car. 1st time a tree fell on it, resulting in practically replacing quite a bit of my car as you can imagine. I could not believe the results! It was a no brainer when I recently had an accident. Once again, I was not disappointed. Thank you so much to the entire Gerber team. Everyone from the front desk to my estimator, Mr C. , were very professional and helpful in getting my car back to me in ?? % satisfactory condition.

Unfortunately, we had to take two different vehicles here for separate collision repairs; very fortunately, Gerber was phenomenal from start to finish. From scheduling to the appointment to getting the estimate to dropping off the vehicle to communicating about repairs to pickup at the end, everyone there was professional and eager to please! Would recommend this repair shop over all others!
