Secondly, they communicated very timely pertaining to the work schedule and when the vehicle would be ready for pickup. Thirdly, the work was done to my complete satisfaction, including detailing. Jessica estimated what a minor scrape would cost to repair. It was more involved than I expected, so she manually rubbed a compound onto the damaged area. That helped a lot, so I decided not to have the repair done. Jessica did not charge me for her time or material. What great customer service!

We were very impressed with the professionalism and work that the company had to offer. Jennifer and her manager were very helpful through the whole process of getting our car fixed. We had door damage from someone backing into our brand new Subaru and after we got the car back you can't even tell that it had ever been hit!
