Had such a fabulous experience with Gerber. They were friendly and made sure I was updated quickly on what was needed to be done on my car. They made sure I understood what needed to be done on my car and got my car fitted into a very busy schedule as I couldn't drive it without my side mirror. I will be recommending them in the future for sure!

Wendy went above and beyond to make me feel taken care of at a time when I felt vulnerable. I had a great experience at this Gerber Collision facility. The women who helped me out were Tia and Reka and they were just the best! Always on top of things and updating me along the way of my repair. I can't say enough for their great customer service and professionalism. Where to begin? The short version is that my accident occurred on 3/26 and I picked my car up on 8/30. It was on vacation for 5 1/2 months. After a long series of fix it- don't fix it from Allstate, I finally got my car back. The only saving grace was the FANTASTIC team at this location. They tirelessly worked with Allstate and outside providers to rectify faux pas and get the job done. They made every effort to keep me in the loop and correct issues that were brought to their attention. I have used them for a repair on my son's car and they were my 1st choice when I had my accident- which was MAJOR. I knew they were not an Allstate shop, but that was not my first concern.
