Service was excellent and the repair looks like the car was brand new. The staff was extremely helpful and professional. Was kept up to date on the repair status and best part was calling in and having a real person answer the phone rather than being stuck in a voice mail dungeon. Way to go Gerber Oak Forest!

One, if the not the most of the most reputable and credible auto repair providers I have ever brought my vehicle to. The Glenview GM treats you like you a childhood friend and that you grew up in the same neighborhood and both his parents and your parents were life long friends. Work is consistently done ahead of schedule and exceeds expectations. Gerber stands by their lifetime warranty. There is no one else in industry that offers lifetime warranty on body work (and sticks to it). Gerber collision and glass is industry leader.

I wanted to bring to your attention the absolutely fabulous service I received from Ms. Antoinette T at the location 3425 N Halsted Street, Chicago Illinois. I contacted over 10 vehicle repair shops and each shop was full with no hopes of getting my vehicle in for an estimate for at least 4 to 6 weeks. I was devastated but then I contacted your location at 3425 N Halsted and spoke with Ms. T, who was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Kept me informed every Tuesday and Thursday with updates to my repairs. They were able to fit me in quickly and order the parts in advance so they were ready by the appointment. Needed collision repair and glass too. There was a huge amount of glass in my hatchback area when I brought it in. My car is now perfectly repaired and looks brand new, inside and out. Every speck of glass is gone, and they vacuumed floors that probably had no glass. They went over and above what I expected and are highly recommended!
