I am writing to provide feedback on Bill W. and his team located in Evanston, Illinois. Starting with dropping the car off for extensive repairs Bill informed us of what would be done and the process that would be used. I was kept informed of the repair status with text messages throughout the process. Bills estimate of the time it would take to complete this repair was right on target. My confidence that the repair was done correctly was not only with the outward look of the car but by Bill taking time to walk us through and explaining the photos that were taken throughout the entire repair process. I was very impressed with the quality of work, friendliness and professionalism by Bill and his team.

Very knowledgeable and I promise you after they repaired my vehicle in somehow looked better than when I initially bought it lol. Woukd come back here for any repairs great work. Absolute wonderful job done by the team at Gerber collision over in Crystal lake, from receptionist Angie to my tech Jerry. Not only did they do a great job at repairing my vehicle, they had it back to me before the expected date and gave me a full run down of what to expect with taking care of it and my life time warranty. I had no issues at all from them with how they handle the insurance to the rental care. Top notch job. Highly recommended for your car needs!
