I worked mainly with Alyssa, and she was super communicative with me, she let me have updates on my vehicle, if my insurance was giving her any hassle, and Rough timeline on when my vehicle should be ready, or if a part was delayed. This is my second Time using you guys for an accident And I'm always I'm so happy working with you guys.

I have had good experiences with Gerber Collision in the past which is why I chose them for my repairs. I was not disappointed this time around as the service was efficient, professional and timely. Their evaluation of the damages were accurate and they repaired my truck quickly, days before the estimated deadline. Everyone provided friendly customer service and kept in frequent communication. Superb service starting with initial contact with Lauren at the front desk! Everyone is very professional and their work is exceptional. My vehicle suffered quite a bit of hail damage, and after the repairs it looks great! Definitely recommend this shop!!

A great job repairing my car. Have had work done there several times over the years. Quality workmanship, exceptional service. Handles all the insurance requirements., setting up a rental car, completes work on time and keeps you informed on progress of the job. Most recently I again worked with Jessica who remembers my name and solved a problem. I thought it would cost lot but she went the extra mile, solved my problem quickly and I was not charged for the service. Customer service like that is rare these days. Kudos to Jessica!
