I have had good experiences with Gerber Collision in the past which is why I chose them for my repairs. I was not disappointed this time around as the service was efficient, professional and timely. They were instantly available to assess my truck, they were flexible with accommodating my schedule. Their evaluation of the damages were accurate and they repaired my truck quickly, days before the estimated deadline. Everyone provided friendly customer service and kept in frequent communication. I was extremely satisfied about the service and will recommend this company confidently.

A great job repairing my car. Have had work done there several times over the years. Quality workmanship, exceptional service. Handles all the insurance requirements., setting up a rental car, completes work on time and keeps you informed on progress of the job. Most recently I again worked with Jessica who remembers my name and solved a problem. I thought it would cost lot but she went the extra mile, solved my problem quickly and I was not charged for the service. Customer service like that is rare these days. Kudos to Jessica!
