I had a great experience! My car was taken to the Crystal Lake location to get quicker service, and I really appreciated that. Jessica there was awesome and kept me well informed. Once back in McHenry when done, Alex did a great job helping me get my car. My car looks great. I highly recommend Gerber!

I went in the auto shop to get my door realigned as my door wouldn't open cause the side of the fender was bent. The manager said he treats customers like is 24 year old grandson. The tech bent it back and got it with no charge ! AWESOME SERVICE!
