The customer service was outstanding! I had an accident and needed a new hood and the painting of a fender on a relatively new car, and Mia met with me and went over the damage. My husband had work done on his car and raved about the service. OK, I thought, that's nice to know. How good can one service be compared to another? Turns out a lot! I brought my car in after an accident. The estimate was spot on, with no additional costs added at the finish. From beginning to end, I was continuously updated about the progress. Hopefully, I won't need their service again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This was a timely process however Kim and Ray did a great job with keeping me updated! My car looks brand new so the wait was well worth it! The only thing that made me not give 5 stars was the fact that there were multiple delays and some miscommunication regarding finish date and just overall progress with my car! Other than that everything was great! Thank you Gerber for making my car look fresh off the lot, it literally looks like the accident I was in ever happened! Keep up the great work!
