I would give Gerber Collision & Glass TEN STARS if I could. Everyone there was kind, attentive, reassuring, and professional in handling what I expected to be an unhappy situation for me. Covid, the last winter holiday season, short staffing for them, and the hit and run damage done to my SUV and no knowledge of a good repair service in town all left me in a more sour mood than I could imagine. But that was simply wasted energy on my part. My auto insurer listed Gerber among my options here in Champaign. With fingers crossed, I called them. What a relief! From the office staff to those who made my SUV look new again, I have never been treated better. My repairs were done as quickly as possible, they stayed in touch along the way, and I was back in the road, happier than ever. Rudy C. was excellent at communicating, even throughout delays due to supply chain issues. It says under job number "Dave C" so I'm assuming that's the technician that restored my car. He did wonderful work.. my car looks better than it did before the collision. It looks great and drives wonderfully. Five stars!

Your slogan should be " easy, Conviemt and Stress Free." From drop off to pick up your service was great, you kept me informed along the way as my repairs progressed. I can't say enough about what a great job you did.

Derek B. was awesome as there was delays no one could have predicted. .. weather, flooding etc. There were some initial confusion with the insurance. Derek was patient and I always felt he was doing his best to get my car fixed and back to me. He called the care rental to let them know that the repairs were delayed and I was still using the rental. I walk with a cane and this was very important to me. This was the second time in twenty years I used Gerber and each time I was super please. Derek deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Gerber!

The staff was very friendly, excellent customer service in updating me on my car repair. I did not have to call them for an update. My bumper looked brand new. I love and appreciated how thorough Judy was in explaining the work that was done and the warranty. Will definitely recommend this location.

My entire experience with Gerber was wonderful. The ladies in the office were very pleasant and professional. The inspection process was quick and simple. I got the vehicle in for the repairs and it was done very quickly and looks just great. I am very pleased with the entire process at Gerber and love how they keep you informed about the progress of your repairs through texting. If I ever need repairs again I will come to Gerber and recommend anyone who needs collision repair or glass repair.

I meant to update my last feedback. First of all, they were awesome! Bob (the gentleman in charge of collision repair) was awesome! He always kept me updated on what was going on with my car. Crystal was very friendly. Thank you for doing a FANTABULOUS job on my car. I'm giving you 2 thumbs ???? up! I'd give you a 3 thumbs up if I had a 3rd thumb. Thanks again!

After dropping off my car for repair and then they called me and said that it would take a few more days and parts needed to be ordered, I went ballistic on them and was not very nice. By the way, I am very ashamed of myself. They ended up getting parts and repair work done only 4 days after scheduled originally. They were always extremely pleasant to me evan though I was very rude to them. I picked my car up after hours when no one was around. It was beautiful. I think they must have detailed it. So my experience with them is awesome. I would highly recommend them and by the way I am going to call them tomorrow when they open, express by appreciation and apologize for my rude behavior .

Excellent service. The team provided prompt estimates and options to repair my hood. I opted to have the hood repaited after the rust was removed and sealed. The newly painted hood matches the existing paint color perfectly.

Wonderful shop with knowledgeable staff that explains in detail what needs to be repaired and the work is superb. I have recommended this shop to family ,coworkers, and friends and is the only shop that I will continue to use if I ever need them again for repairs. They are the best!
