My right rear bumper had a very large dent from a collision. Ricky took care of the repair and did that splendid. The car looks exactly like new and I was blown away by the fact that you could not see any residual scratch from the collision. Even freshly painted, and as a courtesy the car was cleaned on the inside as well. Many thanks Ricky and Gerber!

I want to make some corrections from my last post of my experience with Gerber Collision & Repair. Jason is a trustworthy and very understanding, he shows respect for people feelings and he is honest when it comes to explaining the service needed and provided. His Word is his Bond. Kim is also a great individual working there. I can't speak for anyone eles there but Jason and Kim are the best to go to.

I am so happy with the quality of service as well as the customer service I received at Gerber on 1060 W Huron Street in Chicago. My car got shot and the frame, door, and windshield had to be replaced. All three employees I worked with (Bob, Jennifer and Chris, I believe) were kind, sympathetic, and did a heck of a job on my car. They said it would take two weeks - they fixed it up in THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS! I dropped it off Friday and they let me pick it up Tuesday. It was so fast I thought it was a mistake at first. When I got it, they let me know they washed it, and also detailed the inside of the car. They absolutely did not need to do that and I am so grateful that they did because having your car get shot isn't fun - they made a stressful situation so easy to navigate.
