I have dealt with other collision places in the past and not one of them compare to gerber! They were very friendly and knowledgeable! I wanted to thank the team in Skokie, they had my car in an accident i had, they helped me with timing when I could bring the car in due to rental car problems. I had to borrow a car while mine was being fixed, I asked them to please let me know when they would start the car so I didn't have to leave it sit in the shop and wait to get started on, they were amazing they let me know the exact day. They continued to keep me updated on the progress, it helped me a lot because I did borrow a car from someone and wanted to get it back to them ASAP. Gerber really came through for me, I really appreciate them for doing that for me. I hope you let them know how much I appreciated them I live very close and I will defiantly stop by just to say hello. Barbara B.
