I found a surprise that Gerber fixed a part of my car I had not expected! I am so glad that State Farm had Gerber on their list. I received a review and accidentally answered 'Yes' on if I ha to bring the car back for additional work. I did not have to do so, but the Survey would not let me fill it out again. I just wanted to inform that Irene did a great job with communication and ensuring everything was done on time. I hope there was a way for me to discard that Survey and re-take.

I needed repair on my car after my accident and this was the first time I used Gerber Collision. They kept me informed of the repairs to my car and were so professional. You could easily tell that customer satisfaction is their priority. The repairs on my car were perfect, and the Manager Matt explained everything to us without rushing so that we could ask any questions necessary. Everyone I spoke to there seemed to enjoy their job very much and enjoyed making the customers happy. I will always highly recommend them and I will continue to only use them in the future.

The employees were courteous. The appointment was moved up by 4 days from the original scheduled date. They finished in a shorter time period than originally discussed. I was lucky there was on more damage than they had planned on. The car was returned washed on the inside and outside. Would totally recommend them to others.
