The service I received was stunning. Jamie V. took care of me and my car, making sure I was satisfied, going above and beyond to make sure my car ended up without any problems whatsoever. A couple days after I got the car back, I heard what I thought was a whistle from the windshield: Jamie coordinating getting it looked at, and we were able to pinpoint the issue (it was a loose rack, not related to the work Gerber had done). I have already told friends and family about the service I received, already one of my coworkers deciding to go to Gerber because of my experience. I am beyond satisfied with the professional and friendly manner in which Jamie and the rest of the employees treated me.

Was extremely happy with the body work after my accident but I had to go back in for an annoying rattle. David was quick and accurate in diagnosing the problem....the Jeep dealer two years ago had misplaced my attena after a routine service visit. David discovered the antena this morning. BRILLIANT! Rick E. walks you through the experience and make sure everything is done right. He along with GM Rick K. work to help solve any issue and ensure a great experience. Not only do they honor their word they go above and beyond to help a customer. It is more than just numbers to them. It is about providing great service to the customer.

Really like the professionalism of the associates. They made it easy for someone who has never been in an accident feel like they will help you all the way through it and they did. Upon pick up the care they took to completely clean the vehicle inside and out was amazing. I definitely recommend to others.

The car was done ahead of schedule and was done beautifully. Right rear door and fender were badly damaged on my 17 year old Mercury Grand Marquis. They did an exceptional job in restoring and painting the car. I would never hesitate to recommend them. Their work, service and personal (Steve and Jennifer) were terrific. Car was returned immaculate inside and out.

So happy I came here for the light scratches on the side of my car. I came in for an estimate and they said "no charge"!!! Wow. I couldn't believe it. When I brought it in, they took the car and I had it back, good as new in about 30 minutes! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this business. They are awesome!

Bottomed out my car, repairs completed & ahead of schedule. Also had addt'l problems afterward but turns out not related to my loss, Jarod was VERY helpful in explaining what to do next. Turns out problem was due to dealership negligence and they paid everything no questions asked. Couldn't have done it without Jarod's knowledge and assistance!

The initial repair estimate was a bit on the low side but understandable since there were hidden damages found upon further inspection. Gave the insurance claim number - straight forward direct billing. Repair took about 2 days more than originally estimated which was OK since it was attributed to paint matching and reassembly. Picked up the vehicle in pristine condition exterior and interior. Overall a great no hassle experience from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended.
