I wish there were more STARS to give this site. My care looks brand new, it looks like they painted the entire car. I just had some rear damage, but they made my care incredibly OUTSTANDING. Customer service Beth, wonderful, and my estimator Jorge, always attentive, and on point. Gerber will always be my go to for any collision problems I have.

I had an awesome experience at your Gerber Collision & Glass ,at the Evanston location . The staff is professional and friendly. The entire repair process was easy and carefree. I was informed with each step of the process. The open communication is terrific . My car is better looking than before the collision. Rachel is the best employee, she is patient and kind and informative. Great customer service from entire staff from start to finish. The team in Buffalo Grove Illinois were absolutely fabulous! They were so professional, courteous, efficient and supportive since the damage to my car occurred due to a very large pine tree branch that fell across two lanes of traffic during a lightning storm. They were very thorough in their inspection and explaining the estimate. I picked up my car and found the work to be exemplary. I could not be more satisfied.

I was rear-ended and the person who hit me and MetLife insurance. Gerber was the company they recommended to repair the damage. Brad H. was the estimator. He was very professional and honest. He keep me appraised of how the work was progressing. If I was ever unfortunate to need this type of service again, I would not hesitate to have any work done there. Thanks for you GREAT service.

This is the third time in 2 years that we've had our car repaired at this shop and each time the service has been excellent. The staff is always pleasant and courteous and the car was always done before the estimated date given. We will recommend this shop to all of our friends and family. We would definitely return if we need repairs again.
