This Gerber facility was top notch. Rick E did a great job explaining all the changes and helping me through several visits to the shop. Also, he very graciously drove me back and forth to the commuter train station so I could get to work.

Your production manager, Rick E., helped me out today and did a great job! My car had recently been repaired at Gerber but I later noticed that the headlights weren't working (or so I thought). I asked if I could bring it in and he saw me right away. After a quick inspection, he showed me that the lights were in fact working, but I was using my brights stick incorrectly. (It's been a long time since I've driven at night and I guess I just didn't know how my own car works.) He somehow managed to not make fun of my ignorance, but I hope he gets a good laugh with the guys about it later. Thank you!

If i could give this place more stars i would, their customer service is top notch! I was greeted with a smile every time. Al Crespo was extremely professional and delightful to work with and he handled my claim with the upmost courteousness and professionalism one could give me. I totally recommend this place!

Randy Garman and Katie Cargill treated me like family. I was misdiagnosed with a cancerous tumor in jaw which led to being rear ended in Springfield IL, 3 blocks from my surgeons office. Needless to say I was a basket case. From the first day I stepped foot into your shop in Pekin I cried and ranted on about my health my car. Both Katie and Randy handled me with warmth and compassion. They repaired my car like new. kept me in the loop as to texts messages on where my repair was in process. I am a registered nurse on a really fast paced floor held to a certain standard, I expect that same kind of quality and commitment from others, from here on out Gerber Collision will be my only repair shop. My truck was hit and Gerber did a great job working with the person's insurance company so that my truck was repaired in one week! They also set up the rental car reservation and they were very detailed in all aspects. Should we ever need a repair in the future, we will definitely go back.

This is a follow up to feed back I left from a couple days ago. Driving my truck home after I picked it up I had an oil pressure problem occur and in my feedback I wondered if it had anything to do with the body work done at Gerber. I doubted it but decided to ask to make sure Yesterday I found that the problem was in no way due to any work that was done at your shop. Everything with the body work was great as was the customer service
