Jacqueline did wonderful job. I thought I would end up paying at least 2K $ for repairing the small scratches on my Audi car. But she recommended to buff it and made all the scratches disappear for no cost. Huge cost saving and at the same time, great look back.

Kudos to the staff at Gerber Collision on University in Peoria. They were efficient, pleasant, helpful and very professional. I was given a status each step of the way by text and phone calls from beginning to end. The estimate process with Ezra was convenient as they open early. He was pleasant and very professional. Jim worked with me and my insurance company which made everything smooth and seamless. He even addressed an issue I had with my power steering. Jim went over and above to research my concern on the internet and provided an update. (Over & above expectations exceptionally great customer service) We were given a complete and satisfactory answer to my husbands rigorous inspection for details and paint matching concerns. I recently had my car fixed at Gerber, and I could not have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I set up the estimate appointment through my car being fixed, I was updated frequently by voicemails and text messages. Everyone who works at Gerber from the Secretary to the Mechanics greeted me with a warm smile. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely recommend to family and friends. As I stated above everyone was easy and wonderful to work with, especially Steven and I believe the other name was Tyler.
