Staff did everything for me, I didn't even have to worry. They had the rental car set up and ready to go before I got there and also was in contact with my insurance company, so I didn't have to try and solve the problem myself. They did great work and an excellent job, I would highly recommend them if you want the best results as well as being stress free!

Tom was very kind and he was very helpful for us he made sure we were helped and he did that fast and efficiently. The car was fixed beautifully and buffed out (to our surprise). Amazing experience at the Gerber collision center. I hadn't had better customer experience in my life. Amazing job!!

Where do I begin! We had my car taken to this shop location to be repaired. It was unfortunate it was hit by a fork lift - accident in a parking lot. The repair staff made phone calls each day telling us how things were going and what they were doing. Wow! Than was great! When it was complete - now it is beautiful - I got inside and something strange was present...I did not think it was my car because it was CLEAN on the inside! Double Wow! That is the greatest service we have had in a very long time. Thank you very much!

They did a very nice job repairing the damage caused by my minor auto accident. Also worked within my personal budget to do some other (non-accident-related) body work that was not covered by insurance. They also were conscientious about keeping me updated about the progress of their work so I might know when to expect them to have finished. It took a week which seemed like a reasonable length of time to me.

I come here whenever I need any body work on my car and am always satisfied. The ladies at the desk are always helpful and polite and I have never had to return to have work redone. I especially come to this shop because of the manager, Drew. He always explains in detail what needs to be done, is very polite and obviously an expert at what he does. I appreciate his advice and expertise. I always tell people if they need body work done this is the place to go. Please make sure you tell Drew how much I appreciate him.
