IL - 3006 W IL Route 120, McHenry - 8/17/18
I had my 2006 Chevy Equnox at the McHenry location for head light mounting replacement twice twice this month. The drivers side on 8/7/18 and the passengers side on 8/17/18. Both times the staff was courteous and very informative. The young lady (receptionist) at the counter (Michelle) was very nice and helpful and mad sure I was comfortable while I waited. On both occasions they made the repairs while I waited (10 minutes). The work was exceptional and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you again

I was very pleased that I was kept informed as to the progress of the repairs. Lucero A. called me as promised at least twice a week. When we picked up our vehicle, it was looking better than we expected. Gerber did a great job. Hopefully I never need a collision repair again but if I do, Gerber will be my first call.

Gerber in Downers Grove,IL was so welcoming after i had issues with the Gerber in Naperville(Ogden Ave). Rick K took great care of me and making sure the job was done right. He keep me updated with everything along the way and they had such great customer service there! At pick up Rick E. walked me out went over everything, my car looked great. It just shows how taking care of the customer is their priority. Rick K. even followed up after I picked up because he couldn't be there. I call that above and beyond! Both Ricks' and the team at Gerber Downers Grove,IL do an amazing job. One happy customer here!
