We had a great experience with the Anderson location, Ryan was wonderful to work with, he was very polite and took care of us and my Jeep. The work on the Jeep made it look like new. The secretary was always very helpful and nice. I'm glad I didn't have to use my backup plan, my 4 yr old grandson offered to fix it with tape, LOL, he was a little disappointed he didn't get the job. Thanks again.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service at the Chesterton, IN location. I will start by saying that my parents car had over $15,000 worth of repairs done here. The final product left us with a vehicle that was impeccable. The car looks identical to when they bought it brand new a few years ago. It looks perfectly and it drives perfectly. Finally, the communication from this location is outstanding. As promised, I received a call every single Tuesday and Thursday (from Joe) who explained the status of the repairs and what the next steps would be. Even if there was no update, Joe called to check in. When I picked up the vehicle with my dad they thoroughly walked around the vehicle with us and Joe even called later in the day to follow up and make sure we were still satisfied. Customer service goes a long way and this shop ... has mastered how to treat customers. Not only was the communication and customer service outstanding, but the body work and final product was exceptional. They most definitely exceeded our expectations in all areas. Gerber's was able to fix my 18 year old son's car when another shop told us it could not be fixed. And, they did it for a very reasonable price within 2 hours! We had purchased an older used car for my 18 year old son. The drivers seat wobbled and tilted toward the center console. We took it to a well known shop which told us they would not be able to help us. They said that it needed a part which was no longer produced, and that we would have to find one out of a junk yard ourselves. Seeing Gerber's nearby we decided to try them. I was thrilled when they told us they would be able to fix it. Within 2 hours, the part was welded and ready to go for a very reasonable price. My son and I were both thrilled!!
