Excellent service, quick teamwork acknowledged, good turnaround time, good communication. Of note, as a fellow ground level worker in a different industry, quick story. I had an appointment for early August set, and was unable to make it due to cancelled air flights back into town; I completely missed the appt and was apologetic trying to get back in ASAP. They stated no problem, and gave me another appointment for an evaluation. Later, when I came in a few minutes early for the eval, they had me wait till appt time to ensure that everything was ready and set for the employees. I LOVE that your business protects your employees time, does not rush them, does not pressure them to "make it work" for the sake of trying to please a customer. The Kokomo office was outstanding and prompt. They kept us informed with constant texts and finished ahead of schedule. Our car is a Cayenne Red, and we were concerned about the finish matching and showing as if nothing had happened. They did an excellent job! We highly recommend Gerber Collision!

I can not say enough good things about this Anderson, Indiana location. The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Tina at the front desk was so nice and explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions. Ryan was my estimator and he was amazing. So professional and polite. He made me feel relaxed in an already stressful situation. He was in contact with me 3 different times during the days of repair and explained each time exactly where they were in the process and gave an estimate of completion date. I never had to call one time to get a update. That is very rare! I can not remember a time when I have ever had such phenomenal customer service. And then the quality of the repairs were amazing. Gerber Collision and Glass is the absolute best place I have been to for this sort of thing. Great communication and extremely friendly staff members. Had my car done in less than a week where places I have been to in the past would have my car for upwards of 2-3 weeks.
