They did a great job getting my Nissan in and fixing it as soon as they could. They kept sending texts to let me know how progress was going while they were fixing it the whole time. I had to take my car back the first time I dropped it off because I had to get a new driver's license for a rental, and they let me take it and bring it back later that day with no issue at all. I would definitely recommend them.

The customer service experience from Gerber at this location was amazing. The receptionist and the guy that took care of my case, I believe his name was James, did above and beyond. At the last minute I added more stuff I wanted done to the car and they were more than willing to get it done. James even gave me his phone number to keep in more direct contact with my situation and to give me more exact updates. I feel like my car was not rushed with not good work yet it was done in a timely manner with amazing work done to it. James even sent back a part because he was not happy with it and wouldn't want it on my car. I did have a hiccup with the condition my car was returned in with compound being left on it when I got it back, but after talking with James they went above and beyond I'm getting that off. This shop was AMAZING!! Had zero issue with them. Ryan was great at explaining everything and answering all my questions. Tina was the nicest person ever and always explained things so nicely. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will use them again if ever needed.
