The people were extremely friendly and I have never used a collision/body shop who took the utmost care of my car. It shines better than it did coming from the dealer as a new car. They even detailed the car for me. I appreciate a complete service company.

I took my car to the chesterton location and all I can say is WOW! They were absolutely fantastic. Joe is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Ronnie at the desk went above and beyond to help me...from having my rent a car ready to being patient with thr glitch with my bank card. The work is impeccable and I would highly recommend these wonderful, hard working people that are an asset to your company.

It has been YEARS since I have had to deal with an auto body shop after an accident. I was given a list through my insurance provider and went with the closest place to me and a name I recognized. Gerber was great from start to finish. Greg walked me through the process with them and how it works with Travelers and Enterprise for the rental car and I set an appointment for the following week. After I dropped the car off they started sending me text messages about the progress which I really appreciated along with calling me if there was anything important to go over. Communication was great, timeframe worked out well, and Enterprise was less than a minute away to pick me up. I would use Gerber again in a heartbeat, but hopefully I won't need to any time soon!

I went to Gerber Collision in Westfield, IN for an estimate for some minor damage. Robert looked at the damage, suggested trying to rub out as much as possible and then having a PDR guy look at the dent. He then proceeded to work on the issues which made a huge difference! He offered to still do an estimate but first I'm going to see if just the dent can be repaired. Considering I have one estimate that's over $3600, it's worth having just the dent looked at. He wouldn't take any money for his time or supplies. Plus he gave the name of a guy to call. So I can't speak to Gerber's actual damage repair but the customer service was excellent!

Worked great with me for initial appointment. Got work done ahead of promised time saving me money on rental. On pick up day was Kelsey was very helpful checking with me that everything was finished well making sure that all my questions were answered. Informed me that if I had any other questions after leaving to be sure and call so they could help answer them. Couldn't have ask for better service at this location.
