MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED HOW GERBER COLLISION & GLASS HANDLED OUR CAR AFTER ANOTHER BODYSHOP TURNED US AWAY!!! A BIG SHOUT OUT TO THOSE WHO MADE IT HAPPEN LIKE THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED THEM. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH WITH THAT FIRST OF ALL! THEN I SPOKE WITH GLENDA AND JUDY AND THEY GOT REPAIRS GOING ! THEY KEPT ME INFORM AND THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY VEHICLE!!! I WILL MOST CERTAINLY GIVE THEM GERBER A RECOMMENDATION !!!!!!!! THEY WORK WITH US AND THE INSURANCE AND THE CAR RENTAL PLACE!! YOU WILL NOT LEAVE DISAPPOINTED THEY ARE DEFINITELY A 5 STARS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Robert T was very communicative about the status of my vehicle repair and I really appreciated that. I know that due to supply chain disruptions it was going to take longer than usual, but he kept me informed and I was surprised that my car was finished sooner than I expected. And it looks amazing!

The people that helped me were very nice and friendly I dropped my car off on a Monday they were finished with it by Friday the same week! My car looks brand new like nothing even happened they even vacuum the inside of my car.

Ed was very helpful with information about the damaged finish on my new car that the dealer ran through a destructive carwash. The dealer did take care of it eventually. I know that if I ever need any work done I would definitely see Ed because I know he will treat my car like it was his own. ED is great in Merrillville (Taft St)!

I Used Gerber Collision & Glass For Previous Car Repair And Have Always Been Very Satisfied With Their Work. The Shop Is Very Clean And The Workers Are Very Pleasant And Friendly. Will Reprimand Them For Your Car Repairs.

Heather was great to work with! Scheduling with her was a breeze and she was on it with timely updates for us! The repairs look great! You'd never know anything had happened. I'd like to think we wouldn't need auto repairs again anytime soon, but if/when we do, we will use Gerber Collision - no doubt!
