Crazy good job from start to finish. I got hit by a deer that caused about $5K damage. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Called when things were going smooth and when we got hit by the big snow, they said a part was delayed and the car would be ready a day later. It was. The Cherokee looks like it's brand new. A job well done.

Communication has been great on (2) occasions of having cars repaired, my Wife's and mine. Both times repairs were done in a timely fashion and the results were great. The entire experience was great. Michael R. kept me updated through the entire process, and went the extra mile to ensure that I did not have to wait too long without a car and that I was thoroughly satisfied. Got the car back 3 days ahead of the promise date. Great service, would highly recommend in the future, in fact I already have recommended Michael and Gerber to a friend.

On, or about, the night of January 9th, '2018, I was traveling in my vehicle when I struck a piece of debris on the roadway which caused a flat to occur on one of my tires. I then drove my vehicle into the empty parking lot of Gerber Collision and Glass located in Highland Indiana. Once there, I started to get everything out of my trunk that I would need in order to change the flat tire. As I was doing this, a unknown male approached and asked me if something was wrong. I replied that I had a flat tire on the car and was going to change it. The male then introduced himself by the first name of Rich, and told me that he worked at the stated business and would help me change the flat if I wanted. I accepted.
