I was totally satisfied with the service we received from Gerber Collision and Glass in Highland. From the minute we walked in the door until our return to pick up our vehicle. It was a pleasurable experience. If I need other services they offer, I would definitely return. They did great work and you cannot tell that any damage was ever done to our vehicle.

The people I met (I am sorry I did not get the names) the young woman at the desk, the young woman estimator, and the young man who came out to look at the damage; were all very efficient and polite. When I picked up my car it looked almost brand new inside and out. They certainly took special care of the car and me. My daughter told me to use gerber and I will recommend gerber to anyone I can help. Thanks to them I felt great driving my car again and blessed to have met them all. June

I would like to commend Jose V. on the excellent handling of getting my vehicle back to me. I appreciate all the hard work of everyone. I was notified every step of the way and I also would like to state that the entire staff at the Hammond, IN location is great and friendly. I was able to stop in with my dog Diamond on our way home from the veterinarian. I was completely surprised and grateful to everyone. They treat you like family. Thank you to all that was involved.

This was my first car accident and I chose Gerber location in Hammond, Indiana. From the moment I walk in I had a great experience. Very friendly and patient staff. Jose V. was my estimator and he was very friendly, helpful, and informative. He explain my damages and kept me up to date with my repairs. Overall, best experience I was never kept on the 'loop" not to mention my car was ready in one week, excellent service.
