The entire team was friendly and professional. I was constantly updated with information about my automobile. The process took longer than originally anticipated but that was to ensure that everything was done to the highest quality. Jen and Maria were very professional and made us to feel very confident that they had our best interest at heart. Jen met the deadline quote and my wife's vehicle looked as though nothing ever happened. she was very well pleased! I'm not expecting to have another accident in the near future, but, if I did, I'm returning to the Valparaiso, Indiana location. And yes, we live in Michigan City, Indiana and rather go there than anywhere else.
