Beautiful Job! the car looks like it has a make- over, it was only suppose to be a side bumper job but they buff out all the scratches all around, the front looks brand new, i'm very please. JOB WELL DONE

My experience was great. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Even when the rental company gave me a slight run around after I had checked the car in for repair and had to return to get the car before repairs were done. My car was completed before the estimated time and was wash and vacuumed. All which lead to great customer service!!! Thank you Gerber Collision!!!

The staff at Gerber Collision is wonderful! I received hail damage to my vehicle and even though they were extremely busy, I was able to get an appointment very quickly! I was kept informed of the progress of my vehicle through text messages and phone calls from Michael R. He managed to get my vehicle repaired in less time than I was originally quoted. This is my 2nd experience with Gerber and Michael and I will continue to entrust them with any of my vehicle needs! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and very skilled body shop!

Chad H. is who helped me. He was very professional from the first time we spoke. He explained that they were very busy because of all the hail damage in the area but would do everything in his power to get me in and get my vehicle fixed. He was able to get me in the following Monday where as my wife couldn't get her vehicle fixed until a month later at another establishment had my wife not bought the vehicle from the dealer we are getting it repaired that it would be going to Chad H. as well. When it was time to pick up my vehicle Chad had me walk the entire vehicle as he described the process that it took to fix my truck. I came into Gerber Collision in Valparaiso with some deep scratches in the finish of the hood of my car from an automatic car wash, seeking an estimate. The staff seemed genuinely interested in helping me and the estimator, Daniel, was very personable and eager to assist. Daniel thought that he might be able to rub the scratches out, but when they proved a bit too deep, he asked if I would mind returning to give the painter a look. I returned and Daniel & the painter, Ben, took a look at the damage. Ben was able to make some time accommodation for me, pull the car into the service bay, and with some buffing and additional effort, he was able to remove the scratches.
