Absolutely the most pleasant professional staff I have ever encountered within a collision/auto body environment . I am 61 years old and admittedly been in a few situations where my car required auto body repairs. My initial contact with the shop manager was awesome (he made me feel that he actually enjoyed conversing with me LOL) and every singe individual I interacted with employed by Gerber was fantastic, their customer service was off the charts. Then I get my car wow and it's impeccable looks and feels brand new. I could really go on and on..... I had a wonderful experience! Sabrina from the office awesome! she kept me updated. And the car was done 3 days early. When I went to pick it up, there was a slight miscommunication between her and the body shop, and it was not quite ready. I had to get back to work, so she had someone take me to work, and then bring the car to me when I got off! Above and beyone! Thank you so much~

All the work was done on time (actually a day early). The work was done very well from what I can see. It looks like a new car. Status updates were helpful. Communication was tremendous. Handling of rental car and insurance company communications was greatly appreciated.

The service at Gerber Collison was phenomenal! After my wreck I contacted Geico who handled the towing of my vehicle to Gerber. From there I never had to call or request any information about the progress of my vehicle, I was kept up to date with text messages and phone calls from Michael. I was given a date that my vehicle would be ready but it was done 3 days ahead of schedule! They did an amazing job on the repairs, my vehicle looks great! I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone looking for a body shop. If I have any further needs to any car I may own, I will trust it to Michael and the team at Gerber Collison!
