This was my first time ever having such an awful experience with my insurance company, everything from them setting me up at the wrong Enterprise, not waiving my deductible and my adjuster not being in office for a month and a half. Throughout the 2-3 hours I actually spent at the Gerber getting it all sorted out Sandy and the rest of the people there were so amazingly helpful in assisting me in sorting this mess and it probably would have been a much longer process without Sandy's help. She really went above and beyond what's expected of a normal customer service representative and I just wish to thank her once again with the amazing help with this ordeal.

The staff were all incredibly helpful, professional and kind. I called and they ordered my replacement part, got me in the next day and completely fixed my issue (and it was the week after Christmas!) . They have the best prices in town by far and are very fair. They seem to really care and try to help. Would recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed!
