Just picked up my car on Saturday and brought it in 5 weeks ago for heavy rearend body and exhaust damage was very happy with shop manager who explained to me everything that was replaced and why and also what else was involved in the whole procedure. I've heard several of my colleagues and peers praise Gerber for their wonderful work with both glass and collision repair, so when I had my very first fender bender a few weeks ago, I decided I'd give Gerber a try. From the moment I walked into the door of the office I knew I would be taken care of. Karen, the receptionist was wonderful and so polite. She handled everything from contacting Enterprise for me to making sure my paperwork was squared away all with the utmost professionalism. Jason, my estimator was also very passionate and very honest. From day one he laid out the details of the work that needed to be done, and did his best to find me the best price possible on the parts that would be needed to repair my truck. He also did a fantastic job at keeping me informed of the progress of the work throughout the week. And lastly ... Brian, who may have been one of the shop managers was also very pleasant to deal with, he was very keen on making sure I was 100% satisfied with their work on the day I picked the truck up. There was piece of trim on my wheel well that had been warped one way or another from reapplication and he made sure they would order the part and take care of it. Overall, outstanding customer service and excellent work. Im very pleased with my experience and will highly recommend Gerber to anyone who should need work done on their vehicle. read more

Starting with girl at the front desk who greets, obtains a rental car from Enterprise and gives you the information sheets to fill out to the estimator and to the crew who repair the damage to the vehicle, the staff at Joliet's location does an outstanding job to make the customer comfortable and confidant that their service is the best and completed in a reasonable time. It definitely is true!

On June 15, 2017 I was involved in a minor collision, which left my vehicle needing an immediate revision and repair, mainly consisting of auto-body work. I was introduced to the staff the minute I walked through the door, had a quote in hand in less than five minutes, and while this company CAN be a tad-bit pricey, the end-result is impeccable. My vehicle looks "showroom" good and no one would believe me if I said I was involved in a fender-bender a couple of weeks ago! Thank you so much for your assistance Gerber Collision & Glass, I'm so thankful you were by my side throughout the entire process, I don't know what I would have done without you guys!

It's a month before the lease is up on my truck and I come out of the store to find that someone had backed into my car. I took the vehicle over to Gerber knowing that I had very little time to get the work finished before the vehicle inspection for my lease was due. They got me in almost immediately and had the repairs done in 2 days. The truck looks fabulous, the paint matched perfectly and they cleaned the vehicle inside and out. They've made it possible for me to make my vehicle inspection and without the extra damage that would have increased my lease costs. Jason was especially helpful in the entire process; walking me through getting the the estimate, filing the claim, etc. Though I hope to never have to need to, I would gladly do business with Joliet Gerber again in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family.
