I was in a collision where my car was hit from behind. I chose to have the repair work done with GC when I was told about Gerber Collision by a friend of mine. The estimate was quick and the repair work was started within 48 hours! Kenny & Shaun did an excellent job keeping the repair work on schedule and keeping me up to date with the repair progress. My experience was wonderful. Gerber kept me informed on the status of my car repair almost on a daily basis and called whenever there was a delay in parts being received or when my car would be finished. When my car was complete, the manager went over my total repair list of what was fixed, he went a little fast explaining things but answered any questions I had. Walked around my car once complete to let me see final repairs. There was one minor concern once I started driving my car, when I called to have Gerber look at it, the manager took the time out to carefully assess my concern and find a resolution. I was never rushed or made to feel as if I was another number, Gerber took the time to listen to my concern and treat me as a valuable customer instead of another number walking through the door.
