I greatly appreciate such efficient service!! The estimator representative was very attentive and helpful in being sure my repairs were handles well. There had been a long delay on scheduling the repairs due to a Toyota parts backorder, so I really appreciate how quickly the Kona office staff was to get my vehicle in for service as soon as that part arrived. The front desk was very attentive to keep me posted on all timing. For being the vehicle owner who was hit by another driver, therefore the whole needing repairs is pretty aggravating, yet I am so grateful for how swiftly and efficiently the Gerber staff was to handle the needed work!

My car had a fender bender. I was kind of bummed and wanted it fixed ASAP. I contacted Gerber who just acquired the Kona location from Auto Body Hawaii. Gerber gave me an estimate on a Tuesday. I took the car in for repairs on Thursday. I picked it up Friday afternoon and the car looks amazing. They also cleaned the car inside and out. It seriously looks better than when I drove it off the lot 8 years ago.
