I had a run in with a bird hitting my car and knocking the front grill loose. Brought it in to Gerber and they promptly inspected by car, fixed the loose grill and didn't charge a dime! I came into Gerber Collisions today looking for an estimate on how much it would cost me to fix a scratch i had on the side of my car and hoping it wouldn't hurt my wallet too much. I met Robert and he explained to me that the scratch was just paint residue from the car that hit me while i was parked, He came out with some sort of spray and wiped that scratch right off. I really appreciate what he did and i couldn't thank Gerber collisions enough for their help and excellent customer service

The first time I called and talked to David (Estimator) explain that I need help for my car to get fix. from there, I knew his customer service was above and beyond. He is very helpful and knowledgeable .When, I finally went to their office other employees are very friendly and warm.
