Gerber went above and beyond for me. They did a great job, quickly fixing my car after an accident, and then when there was a mix up on the time I was to pick it up - they actually delivered the car to my driveway! While I hope I never have another accident - if I do - I'll be calling them!

Needed insurance repair of drivers side window due to smash and grab crime...surprisingly my car was detailed during it's one day stay at the shop. It is a used car to us and I do not think it has ever looked so glossy on the exterior finish and wheels. Thank you. The attention to detail and use of factory glass is a tribute to your business. Purposeful customer service is a great attribute for future business.

I went to the Kent location to get repairs to my back bumper. The staff was extremely helpful from the front desk to the people in the shop. Due to Jason's excellent customer service I would definitely recommend anyone to this location as well as come back myself if I need more repairs in the future.

"My first impression with Gerber Collision was a little discouraging, it was taking longer then anticipated and the only updates I received where telling me about how "happy" my car was.... After the initial work was complete I was able to meet Jason and had a few interactions with him. Through the experience of personal interactions with Jason and seeing his core drive in desiring to serve customers my initial negative opinion of Gerber Collision was reversed. "Dale Vanwyk was my estimator on my car damage. From my first contact with the receptionist Kami, she was very kind and helpful in getting my car into an estimator. Dale upon meeting him was very exact with the process and the "how" this was all going to happen. The car accident was paid by the other driver so payments from his insurance company was a concern however Dale was very clear with me with that aspect of the repair. I am picking up the car now and the repair is perfection. Dale mentioned to me that any issues come up, I can come back and Gerber will take care of the adjustmentsw. I will bring my other cars her for my own repair work. As well, recommend this company to my friends and family. A huge thanks to Dale and his team."
