Awesome customer service! Dale kept me in the loop at all times and was very helpfull answering all my questions and helping me as much as possible. My car was extremly clean when i picked it up, i have never seen it so clean! Great job!

The customer service was EXCELLENT! Dale Vanwyk was courteous, honest, and his follow through was right on. There was a problem with my car and it took a day extra and they paid for the extra day of car rental, also fixed a cosmetic flaw that wasn't caused by the accident AND they took care of returning the rental car for me. I am beside myself on how well I was treated and the car looks great too!

I would love to said thank you Jason and the team work at Gerber service at Kent , I have severe accident my tire at where I sit hang on . He fixed it and about 3 weeks latter My car died unexpected As An Asian woman I was very worry and stress . the car have been tow to Toyota Burien they could not find it and Jason had to tow back to his shop and fix for me . The way he contact to me and handle situation is very impressive and processional and very high responsibility to customer . I am very thankful for that . Truthfully , Dang
