The customer service was EXCELLENT! Dale Vanwyk was courteous, honest, and his follow through was right on. There was a problem with my car and it took a day extra and they paid for the extra day of car rental, also fixed a cosmetic flaw that wasn't caused by the accident AND they took care of returning the rental car for me. I am beside myself on how well I was treated and the car looks great too!

I would love to said thank you Jason and the team work at Gerber service at Kent , I have severe accident my tire at where I sit hang on . He fixed it and about 3 weeks latter My car died unexpected As An Asian woman I was very worry and stress . the car have been tow to Toyota Burien they could not find it and Jason had to tow back to his shop and fix for me . My fiancee's car was hit at his work and we had to turn in a claim with our insurance company Geico. Dealing with Hinshaw Auto who is who they use to fix the cars the technician looked at his car and said he wasn't interested in doing the work. The claims adjuster gave us a check and we were told to go find a shop somewhere else. I was referred to Jason at Gerber in Kent and the second I talked to him I knew he would do amazing work. Jason and the staff at Gerber did an amazing job. I am so amazed at how amazing the car looks and at how amazing the customer service was at Gerber. Jason went above and beyond and we could not be any happier. I work at Farmers Insurance and I can guarantee you that from now on I will refer anyone that asks who we recommend I will say Jason at Gerber.
