My fiancee's car was hit at his work and we had to turn in a claim with our insurance company Geico. Dealing with Hinshaw Auto who is who they use to fix the cars the technician looked at his car and said he wasn't interested in doing the work. The claims adjuster gave us a check and we were told to go find a shop somewhere else. I was referred to Jason at Gerber in Kent and the second I talked to him I knew he would do amazing work. Jason and the staff at Gerber did an amazing job. I am so amazed at how amazing the car looks and at how amazing the customer service was at Gerber. Jason went above and beyond and we could not be any happier. I work at Farmers Insurance and I can guarantee you that from now on I will refer anyone that asks who we recommend I will say Jason at Gerber.
