I dealt with estimator Jonathan Wibbeler and Mandy the receptionist. I could not be happier with the way I was treated-very professional. I was kept informed of the progress of repair to my vehicle and the repair was done beautifully and on time.I would come back to Gerber Collision if the need were to arise and would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to my family and friends .

Very happy. Mandy was very cordial at the desk and walked me through drop off and pick up. John was clear with explanation of what repair entailed. Was called 3 times with updates on repair. Car looks great, again. 7 days ahead of original date given.

When a Farmers Insurance client failed to use his breaks and rear-ended me, I feared my world would spin out of control with the demand of fixing my car. Nothing could have been furthest from the truth! The employees at the LaGrange location were friendly and accommadating. They answered all my questions and concerns and especially made it easy to transision from my car to my rental car. I received both text mails and phone calls regarding the status of my repairs. My wife and I brought our auto, that had slight fender damage due to being hit by an uninsured driver, in for an estimate. Even though I did not have an appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. We waited only a few minutes for Chris Menos, an appraiser, to come out to talk to us. He introduced himself before going out for an initial inspection. He then explained what he thought it may take for the repair. We then waited about 10-15 minutes while the car was taken into the shop. The fender was dislodged and the mechanic was able to snap it back into place. Unbelievable how quick, courteous, kind and helpful everbody was!! Old-fashioned, good, honest service with a smile. I am so impressed!! i've been using this location (different owner) for years, and was just as pleased today as ever. i had a minor bumper repair that was taken care of immediately, and they threw in a car wash, to boot! i love this place, and respect their customer service standards, friendly atmosphere, and quality of work. always happy to recommend them to friends! go hawks!!
