"I went to pick up my van from Gerber after the repairs were completed. After going over the work that was done Miss Riley asked me, "on a scale of 0-10 how do you feel you were treated and how happy are you with the work that was done?" She asked me to be honest because if I wasn't 10 out of 10 happy she didn't want me to leave until she made sure I was. Saying she made me "10 out of 10 happy" wouldn't do justice. I'd give 1000 out of 10 if I could. I understand that once wrecked cars are taken apart it is quite common to find more damage and the repairs could take longer than expected. Under no circumstances could I leave my van with a wheelchair lift longer than 2 days. No matter what. After basically being told, "too bad so sad, nothing we can do if that happens and don't care if it does" from every ... shop I talked to I gave up. Months later, I decided to give it another shot and go back to Gerber. I am so happy that I did and feel so lucky that Riley was there to help me. It felt like I was about to get the same response I got months before... I got really frustrated again and actually walked back out to my car to leave. She followed out after me, sat in my car with me and let me know that she could hear my disappointment and frustration in my voice, she really wanted to help me, would do everything to make sure a 2 day repair happened and then give me a call to schedule my repairs. I got a phone call the next day saying it was taken care of and could drop it off when I needed to. I am so impressed and there are not enough words to express how appreciative I am that I was genuinely cared about. Thank you so much." read more

I've been to Gerber Collision twice recently due to two unfortunate incidents. Gerber's staff was friendly and helpful. They are quick and the work is great! They keep you updated on the status of your vehicle and are very organized. They have great working relationships with the insurance companies and the process is smooth. I would gladly request Gerber if I am ever in need of auto work again. I highly recommend them.

My 2008 Ford F150 was broken into with noticable damage done to the driver side door. Upon completion of the work my door looks great, with no sign of any damage. I would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs body work.

Andrew and Riley were awesome! I drove an hour and a half from north seattle because it was reccomended I come to this particular shop. It was very worth it. They gave me an upgraded rental for my time and treated me great. I really appreciate the work that they did on my car as well you cant tell it was ever injured in the first place. if ever, though hopefully not, that I get into an accident again I will be right back here. Thanks you guys!
